Hello. I recently downloaded your Mountain Echo VST. The first problem I noticed is that the farther I turn the tempo knob clockwise the more latency I lose. It's almost like there is no dry signal mix. There is no way to adjust it. If the tempo knob is turned all the way counter clockwise there is no latency. My ASIO settings are fine and I have many other tape echo and other VSTs that work perfectly.

Also the UI is still the old version. not a big deal really. I like the old one better anyways. It has a vintage vibe to it. And I noticed the VU meter doesn't work at all. Not a big deal either.

This plugin does sound amazing though. Very vintage and authentic sounding.

I am using the newest version of Reaper, A lexicon audio interface and my guitar is plugged into the Hi-Z instrument imput. Everything is kosher aside from the weird latency issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi.
Thanks for the nice words and sorry for the late reply. I´ve been so busy producing albums lately, I have been forced to do only that.
Anyway, you problem sounds strang. The plugin should have any effect on your latency settings with your soundcard. Are you saying that if you turn the tempo knob you lose latency with all your tracks or just the guitar track?
The plug is designed to be used as a send fx and not an insert.

The best way to use wet effects ike delay and reverb is to use your software´s send funtion. This is the way it works with the external stuff when using a mixer. You never insert a reverb or a delay.

Just send to the plug via an aux and ajust the tempo as you like. That way jou always have the dry signal.

Hope this works.
Thanks for letting me know the interface bug. It is a temporaly fix.
