You know, I get those emails pleading me back to the forum, but there's nothing new...

So I guess this is me saying "Hi", again.

The forum does this automatically. Sorry, I'll fix that.

Don't worry.

I'm just sad there isn't much stirring here.

Well, the only one who knows what we are waiting for is...

And how long, for that matter.

;D

I'm not a pro, of course. If I was I'd have been on Superior DFH or steven slate long ago, I think.

Btw, love the way the cymbals ring on MyDrumset. I would just like more variations to simulate riffs on one cymbal. Same goes for toms, a roll on a tom sounds like many of the same hits. Is there a way to get some more difference in tone other than varying the velocity? Also the tunings are wide apart, a fill almost sounds like it s from different drumsets.
I guess that might be where my lack of experience comes in.

I'm afraid not. I've been pushed back and forth between producing artists, moving to a new place and being a dad. I hope I can start up again 2011.
I have 8 nice drumsets finished, I full percussion preset and a nice design, but I can't get some of the hihat things to work the way I want. Well, it works, but not 100 percent..

I'll get there I hope.

Just wanted to let you know that I REALLY like My Drums. Easy to set up, sounds great, and the routing possibilities are endless with REAPER. Is the final version going to be 44.1khz or higher?

Thanks!!!
I'll keep checking back for the full version ...

I am just dropping in to see what is up!

I finally got me a cheap-o E-ED001 kit so I can "play in" my parts, (which you can get a laugh at HERE & HERE) and just today figured out how to use it in Reaper with some samples......SO.....since I have missed-placed My Drumset I figured I would come on over & grab i again.

I know your tired of hearing this, but any type of beta test/release date yet.....or is it just "by end of 2011"!!

No, I am NOT gripping, I FULLY understand about getting busy!
Anyhoo, I am off to grab the kit & play around some.....hope you & yours have a great 2011! 8)

It will be there. I have recorded Metallica's white Tama set used on the black album tour. Only 100 in the world.
